Job Description

The Branch Admin Officer at Ampath East London is responsible for managing patient documentation, capturing request forms into the Ampath system, and supporting the processing of specimens with meticulous attention to detail. This position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a high-performance environment and takes pride in achieving accuracy and operational excellence.

Daily responsibilities include verifying patient forms for completeness, entering clinical data into systems, assisting phlebotomists with specimen handling, coordinating patient appointments, and performing general branch administrative duties.
