Position Overview
The Hybrid Sales Consultant is responsible for sourcing, selling, and managing security solutions for clients, including armed monitoring agreements, alarm systems, CCTV, and electric fencing. This role is ideal for a driven, self-motivated sales professional passionate about electronic security and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development

Source and sell armed monitoring and response agreements
-
Drive sales of alarm system upgrades, CCTV, electric fences, and other technical security solutions

Exceed monthly sales targets through proactive lead generation and customer engagement
-
Develop new business opportunities by building relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and other stakeholders
Client Relations & Administration

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while acquiring new ones
-
Handle administrative duties related to sales, including accurate reporting of leads, quotes, and closed deals

Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management
Performance Standards

Achieve revenue sales targets consistently

Ensure timely follow-up on leads and quotations
-
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service standards
Minimum Requirements
-
Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
-
Proven sales experience, preferably in capital goods or technical solutions

Knowledge of intruder detection systems (IDS, DSC, AJAX) advantageous

Valid Driver’s License with reliable vehicle

Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and Internet usage

Presentable and professional appearance
