Position Overview

NTK Retail Modimolle is seeking a reliable and hardworking General Worker to support daily retail and operational activities. This entry-level role involves physical labour, general housekeeping, assisting customers and suppliers, and ensuring that the premises are clean, organised and safe for all.

The General Worker contributes directly to efficient store operations and excellent customer experience within the agricultural retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties

  • Assist with loading and offloading stock as required

  • Maintain a tidy, safe and organised work environment

  • Support stock control processes

  • Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned by management

  • Provide friendly and helpful customer service

  • Ensure compliance with VKB policies and procedures

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / NQF 4 qualification

  • Ability to perform hard manual labour

  • Experience with stock handling beneficial

  • Strong service orientation

  • Good communication skills

  • Physically fit and in excellent health

  • Accuracy, thoroughness and attention to detail
