Position Overview

NTK Retail Bela Bela is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Cashier to manage cash and card transactions accurately while delivering excellent client service. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, energetic, and passionate about customer interaction in a fast-paced retail and agriculture environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process pay point sales accurately and efficiently.

  • Deliver excellent client service, ensuring a friendly, supportive retail experience.

  • Process receipts from customers, including allocations to the correct accounts.

  • Manage card payment transactions and complete back-office verification tasks.

  • Handle daily banking of all cash and cheque transactions.

  • Maintain compliance with VKB Group procedures and financial controls.

  • Assist with general administrative duties requested by management.

  • Uphold a neat, professional working environment.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.

  • Computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office.

  • Previous experience in a cashier or retail admin role will be advantageous.

  • Strong numerical skills.

  • Clear communication skills and good customer orientation.
