FlySafair is now seeking a detail-driven and organised Creditors Clerk Assistant to support the accounts payable function and uphold financial data integrity.
Position Overview
The Creditors Clerk Assistant will provide essential administrative and financial support within the accounts payable department.
This role is ideal for a highly accurate data processor with strong organisational skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and financial accuracy.
You will capture financial data, verify documents, perform reconciliations, and support general finance duties as required.
Key Responsibilities

Verify accuracy of financial data from designated sources before system entry.

Identify and correct data errors by checking information with supervisors or relevant stakeholders.

Capture financial information into the system and verify accuracy before final submission.

Perform general finance duties including filing, reconciliations, and administrative tasks.

Ensure compliance with company financial procedures and audit requirements.

Support the finance team with ad-hoc administrative and clerical duties as needed.
Minimum Requirements
-
Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential)

Basic knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Minimum 2 years data capturing experience

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities

Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information
