The company is now seeking Temporary Stock & Compliance Assistants to support operational excellence at its Head Office.


Position Overview

The Temporary Stock & Compliance Assistant will play a critical role in supporting stock control processes, monitoring compliance, and ensuring accurate inventory management across airside trolleys and storage facilities.
This role is essential for maintaining high standards of operational integrity and ensuring smooth coordination between flight crew, catering partners, and internal stock teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform physical stock counts for airside trolleys and storage areas.
  • Capture and record stock information accurately in relevant systems.
  • Ensure trolleys are properly sealed and stock is handled according to approved procedures.
  • Monitor compliance by flight crew and catering partners.
  • Report discrepancies, shortages, or non-compliance immediately.
  • Provide support for ad hoc stock control and compliance-related tasks.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential)
  • Certificate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (Advantageous)
  • 1 year experience in stock control, inventory, compliance, or similar (Essential)
  • Experience in aviation, FMCG, or catering environments (Advantageous)
  • Familiarity with ERP or stock management systems (Advantageous)
  • Willingness to work overtime and standby
  • Basic understanding of stock management principles
