SALARY: R193 359 – R227 766 per annum (Level 04) plus 37% in lieu of benefits

About the Position
The Office of the Chief Justice is recruiting a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Capturer to join the National Office in Midrand. This role is ideal for a motivated individual starting their career in data administration, with full training and exposure offered in a structured environment. Successful candidates will contribute to efficient, accurate, and secure data management processes supporting national HR and administrative operations.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / Senior Certificate

No experience required (experience in HR administration is an added advantage)

Basic understanding of administrative duties and the ability to accurately capture and verify data

Knowledge of Batho Pele Principles

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Computer literacy and data capturing accuracy

Good interpersonal and customer service skills

Sound planning, organising and problem-solving abilities

Analytical and numeric capability

Understanding of working procedures within an office environment

Capture and maintain data with high levels of accuracy

Conduct verification and quality assurance on processed information

Provide general administrative support to the HR and administration units
