Position Overview

Tiger Brands is recruiting a dedicated General Worker to join the Isando operations team. This role requires someone physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to perform manual labour tasks as part of a fast-paced production environment. If you enjoy hands-on work and want to grow within a respected national brand, this opportunity is ideal.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform physical labour duties including lifting, carrying, and moving loads up to 25kg

• Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety in all working areas

• Stack and palletise finished cases onto the correct pallets

• Inspect materials and products for any defects or quality issues

• Complete required quality check documents accurately

• Perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties

• Follow safety protocols, operational procedures, and PPE standards

• Identify, report, and assist in addressing safety risks

• Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene policies

Minimum Requirements

• National Senior Certificate (Matric)

• Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and weekends

• Medically and physically fit for manual labour

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
