Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage registry counter services.

Oversee the handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Ensure effective filing and records management practices are implemented.

Supervise the operation of office machines related to registry functions.

Oversee the processing of documents for archiving or disposal.

Supervise human resources and coordinate team workflow.

Maintain compliance with National Archives Act, KZN Archives Records Services Act, and Treasury Regulations.

Implement Occupational Health and Safety Regulations and ensure a safe working environment.
Minimum Requirements
-
Senior Certificate / National Senior Certificate (Matric).

3 β 5 yearsβ experience in a registry environment.

Knowledge of the RSA Constitution, Public Service Act, PFMA, Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, and related regulations.

Understanding of records storage and retrieval procedures.

Competency in MS Office and registry-related systems.
