INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As an intern at BUCO Rustenburg, you’ll:

Gain comprehensive on-the-job training across various retail and operational departments.

Support the procurement and stock control teams in sourcing, purchasing, and managing materials.

Assist with sales and customer service functions to understand retail dynamics.

Learn to manage inventory systems, product data, and store-level buying procedures.

Contribute to a team-focused environment, learning from experienced professionals.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for this internship opportunity, applicants must:

Be a South African citizen under the age of 35.

Possess an N6 qualification in one of the following disciplines:

Procurement
-
Buying
-
Stock Control
-
Sales
-
-
Have no previous participation in a W&R SETA internship or similar graduate program.

Have limited or no experience in the field (entry-level opportunity).

Be passionate, eager to learn, and committed to the full duration of the 18-month contract.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS ADVANTAGEOUS
