Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer care through courteous and helpful service

Ensure the store is well-maintained with clean, organized displays and excellent merchandising standards

Stock products according to rotation policies and remove expired or damaged stock

Maintain the cold chain and monitor storage temperatures (for perishable roles)

Check pricing accuracy, update labels, and follow security and hygiene protocols

Use and clean retail equipment according to the company’s operational standards

Promote in-store products and answer customer queries knowledgeably

Support colleagues and follow direction from management to meet daily store goals
Qualifications and Experience

No formal qualification required – prior experience in retail is an added advantage

Proficient in English with strong communication skills

Must be hard-working, able to work retail shopping mall hours including weekends and holidays
