ROLE OVERVIEW

The Senior Officer: Field Case Management will be based in Durban and is accountable for coordinating rehabilitation and healthcare services for claimants who have sustained injuries from road accidents. This role includes conducting home visits, assessing medical needs, engaging with service providers, coordinating caregiver support, and ensuring the successful reintegration of claimants into their families and communities. The successful candidate will also be tasked with driving compliance with healthcare protocols, stakeholder management, reporting, and invoice verification processes.
