Role Overview
The General Worker position is ideal for an energetic and service-oriented individual capable of performing physical labor, maintaining a clean environment, and assisting with daily operational tasks. This is an entry-level role that offers a great opportunity to contribute to a professional, client-focused retail setting in the agricultural sector.
Key Responsibilities

Load and offload stock for customers and suppliers in line with company policy.

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the premises through daily housekeeping tasks.

Assist with general upkeep of the store environment including sweeping, organizing, and stocking.

Ensure effective stock control by monitoring and reporting on stock movement.

Support general operational tasks as needed by management.

Provide courteous and efficient assistance to customers during loading and product selection.
Qualifications and Experience

Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 (essential).

Previous experience in a similar general work or retail role is advantageous.

Physically fit and able to perform manual labor consistently.
