Job Purpose

To utilize effective sales strategies to meet targets, grow the client base, and foster strong relationships while delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions.


Key Responsibilities

Sales and Target Achievement

  • Apply structured sales processes to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Drive embedded value hurdle rates as outlined in the Financial Performance Report.
  • Actively track and influence sales activities to align with objectives.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maximize cross-selling opportunities and deepen client relationships at the point of sale.
  • Actively grow the customer base through lead generation and hunting strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong client connections to enhance portfolio retention.

Customer Service Excellence

  • Deliver proactive and innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations.
  • Ensure efficient handling of all transactions and timely closing of new business applications.

Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification

  • Monitor competitor activities and stay abreast of market trends and influencers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with industry demands.

Daily Operations and Reporting

  • Provide accurate and reliable sales statistics through daily cash-ups.
  • Maintain an updated and detailed sales pipeline or CRM system.

Personal Development

  • Continuously improve personal skills and competencies to achieve higher performance.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to enhance sales effectiveness.
