Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Target Achievement
- Apply structured sales processes to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Drive embedded value hurdle rates as outlined in the Financial Performance Report.
- Actively track and influence sales activities to align with objectives.
Client Relationship Management
- Maximize cross-selling opportunities and deepen client relationships at the point of sale.
- Actively grow the customer base through lead generation and hunting strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client connections to enhance portfolio retention.
Customer Service Excellence
- Deliver proactive and innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations.
- Ensure efficient handling of all transactions and timely closing of new business applications.
Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification
- Monitor competitor activities and stay abreast of market trends and influencers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with industry demands.
Daily Operations and Reporting
- Provide accurate and reliable sales statistics through daily cash-ups.
- Maintain an updated and detailed sales pipeline or CRM system.
Personal Development
- Continuously improve personal skills and competencies to achieve higher performance.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to enhance sales effectiveness.
