The Hollard Unemployed Learnership 2026 is a 12-month structured programme designed to provide both theoretical training and practical work experience. This initiative is aimed at developing young South Africans who are eager to enter the insurance and financial services industry and build sustainable careers.

Minimum Application Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered:

Be a South African citizen aged between 18 and 25 years old.

Hold a Matric / Grade 12 certificate.
-
Achieved at least 60% in English and one other language.
-
Achieved 50% in Mathematics or 60% in Mathematical Literacy.

Be currently unemployed and not registered for any other learnership or academic programme.

Must not have previously participated in a formal learnership within the insurance industry.

Not employed in a corporate environment for more than six months.

Computer literacy will be an added advantage.
