Role Overview
The Procurement Administrator (CSA) will be based at the Fidelity Services Group Head Office in Helderkruin, Roodepoort. This role reports directly to the Procurement Manager and Chief Procurement Officer and is vital in ensuring the smooth functioning of the procurement department.
The successful candidate will handle all administrative duties, process information, manage documentation, liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and ensure that procurement activities align with company standards. This position requires someone with excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
As a Procurement Administrator (CSA), your main duties will include but are not limited to:

Managing the Capex email system, ensuring all new capexes are logged, distributed, and tracked on the company’s spreadsheet.

Loading and processing Capex purchases on ICBM, ensuring compliance with financial procedures.

Sourcing suppliers and quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance, while maintaining at least two quotes per capex.

Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal departments such as Fleet, Asset, and Branding to coordinate procurement activities.

Handling SAP requisitions and purchase orders, ensuring timely communication and documentation.

Expediting outstanding deliveries, following up with suppliers, and providing feedback to management and customers.

Managing fleet and motor vehicle license documentation, branding orders, and other fleet-related procurement activities.

Maintaining price lists, vendor documentation, and updated BBBEE certificates from suppliers.

Tracking and reporting on savings, ensuring cost reduction and compliance with company procurement standards.

Collating and submitting all documentation for contracts, invoices, and ABSA requirements to relevant stakeholders within stipulated timeframes.

Delivering clear daily reports on outstanding orders and ensuring efficient distribution of goods.

Handling all queries, customer requests, and supplier concerns in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following minimum requirements:

Matric / Grade 12 qualification.

A minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in procurement or administration.

Excellent computer skills, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Previous experience with SAP will be an added advantage.

Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail.

Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport.

Clear criminal record and no pending cases.

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet strict deadlines.

Strong interpersonal skills and professional conduct when dealing with all stakeholders.
