Role Overview
The Service Advisor role in Nelspruit is designed for a technically savvy professional who can serve as the link between customers and repair technicians. You will be responsible for providing accurate technical advice, managing repair workflows, and ensuring customers receive outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
As a Service Advisor – Tools and Machinery, your main duties will include:

Acting as the main liaison between customers and repairs technicians.

Consulting with technicians on necessary repairs and possible alternative solutions.

Using product knowledge to explain available parts, repair methods, and service options to customers.

Answering queries about repair outcomes, warranties, and cost-saving measures.

Scheduling and booking appointments for repairs, servicing, and machinery check-ups.

Managing and overseeing the repairs division workflow to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Maintaining detailed records of service requests and progress updates.
