A part-time opportunity has become available for a 30 Hour Shop Assistant at our Mall @ Reds store in Centurion. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude

• Assist customers with purchases, queries, and product recommendations

• Operate the point-of-sale system, handle payments, and ensure transaction accuracy

• Maintain stock levels, participate in stock takes, and assist in stock replenishment

• Uphold store merchandising standards and ensure product displays are neat and attractive

• Ensure the sales floor and back areas are always tidy and organized

• Follow all company procedures related to loss prevention, safety, and hygiene

• Work collaboratively with team members and report any issues to supervisors

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Matric certificate or an equivalent qualification (essential)

• A minimum of six months retail experience (essential)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude

• Able to work well in a team environment

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing quality service

• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
