KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude

Assist customers with purchases, queries, and product recommendations

Operate the point-of-sale system, handle payments, and ensure transaction accuracy

Maintain stock levels, participate in stock takes, and assist in stock replenishment

Uphold store merchandising standards and ensure product displays are neat and attractive

Ensure the sales floor and back areas are always tidy and organized

Follow all company procedures related to loss prevention, safety, and hygiene

Work collaboratively with team members and report any issues to supervisors
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Matric certificate or an equivalent qualification (essential)

A minimum of six months retail experience (essential)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude

Able to work well in a team environment

Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing quality service

Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
