Role Overview
Reporting directly to the Managing Executive, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business development, managing existing client relationships, and leading the sales strategy for the security division in Gauteng. This role requires a confident, driven individual with a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within the security or related industries.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of regional sales strategies that align with national growth goals.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders in the corporate and industrial sectors.

Identify and qualify potential clients within the designated sales zone and create detailed business development plans.

Grow the sales pipeline by securing new business, upselling to existing clients, and negotiating profitable service agreements.

Develop tailored security solutions and proposals in collaboration with technical and operational teams.

Monitor and analyze market trends to identify business opportunities and threats.

Manage and report on regional sales performance metrics to executive leadership.

Regularly engage with internal teams (operations, HR, finance) to ensure service delivery aligns with contractual obligations.

Maintain accurate records of all customer engagements, contracts, leads, and performance targets.

Attend key industry networking events and represent Servest Security at client-facing functions.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Requirements:

A Sales and Marketing Diploma or equivalent qualification.

4–6 years’ experience in a sales management role within the security or related services industry.

Strong working knowledge of MS Office and PowerPoint for presentations and reporting.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Strong client engagement, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Excellent organizational, planning, and leadership capabilities.

Must be comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple accounts simultaneously.

Strong analytical and numerical reasoning.

Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle are essential.
