Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Media Strategist with 3–5+ years of experience in media planning, buying, or strategy—either in-house or within an agency environment. This role blends cultural insight, digital media expertise, data analytics, and strategic thinking.
You’ll be responsible for leading the development of full-funnel media strategies, implementing campaigns across digital platforms, and providing actionable insights for ongoing optimization. From performance to programmatic, from influencer to integrated campaigns, you will guide brands on how to show up smarter and sharper.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role, requiring collaboration with creative, data, and content teams to deliver real-world results.
Key Responsibilities

Create Data-Driven Media Strategies: Build strategic frameworks across awareness, consideration, and conversion phases

Plan Multi-Channel Campaigns: Execute plans across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, programmatic display, influencer partnerships, and content collaborations

Audience Targeting: Use platform data, first-party insights, and market research to define key consumer groups and targeting strategies

Campaign Architecture: Work closely with creative teams to align assets with channel best practices and platform-specific nuances

Performance Tracking: Develop measurement frameworks using KPIs like CPM, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and customer lifetime value

Client Engagement: Present media strategies, campaign results, and optimization opportunities with clarity and confidence

Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of emerging media formats, ad tech innovations, and shifts in the digital advertising landscape
Qualifications and Experience

3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital media strategy, planning, or media buying

Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic media platforms

Understanding of media metrics and attribution models used in multi-touch digital environments

Familiar with tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager, and data visualization platforms

Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex media performance data to clients and teams

Comfortable working in a cross-functional team of creatives, strategists, and analysts
Desirable (Bonus) Skills

Experience planning and executing influencer-led or creator-based media campaigns

Knowledge of e-commerce marketing and direct-to-consumer (DTC) funnels

Certifications in Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, or similar digital platforms
