Job Purpose
The main purpose of this role is to maximize revenue through excellent customer service and effective product sales. The Salesperson will play a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the brand’s growth.
Key Responsibilities

Sales Generation: Proactively sell products to walk-in customers and promote complementary items to increase transaction value

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and income goals

Customer Engagement: Build lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending relevant products

Product Merchandising: Ensure products are well-displayed, stocked, and promoted on the shop floor to attract and retain customers

Cash & Credit Handling: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently in compliance with company policies

After-Sales Support: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns quickly and professionally

Team Contribution: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth store operations and effective customer service
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for the Salesperson role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Grade 12 / Matric qualification (compulsory)

7–12 months of experience in retail sales (preferred but not mandatory)

Proficiency in basic retail operations and customer engagement
-
South African ID or valid South African work permit
