Purpose of the Job
Rustenburg is seeking a dynamic HR Manager: Operations to lead and manage the Human Resources function, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, programs, and best practices to support business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Education:
- Degree/Diploma in HR or related field (NQF 6/7) (Essential)
- Honours degree in HR-related field (Advantageous)
- Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of HR experience (Essential)
- 3-5 years of experience in shaft operations (Advantageous)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor business plans for operational units within Implats
- Provide strategic HR support to line management for business plan achievement
- Ensure workforce availability through effective labour planning
- Implement and audit HR best practices
- Maintain and improve employee relations within operations
- Develop and upskill employees based on operational needs
- Ensure compliance with transformation targets and relevant legislation
- Manage and implement the Talent function, including succession planning and performance management
Additional Information
