Key Responsibilities

✔ Invoice Processing & Data Capturing

• Match invoices with system orders to ensure accuracy.
• Process invoices with the correct VAT classification, cost centers, and ledger allocations.
• Ensure invoices are captured in the correct month for timely payments.

✔ Creditors Transactions & Reconciliation

• Capture supplier discounts, interest charges, and payments.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any outstanding discrepancies.
• Submit reconciliations for approval to the Creditors Supervisor.

✔ Supplier Liaison & Query Resolution

• Communicate with suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies and account errors.
• Investigate and correct account issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the Creditors Supervisor or Financial Manager.

✔ Record-Keeping & Compliance

• Maintain organized supplier ledgers and financial documentation.
• Ensure records are readily available for audits and compliance checks.
• Adhere to health, safety, and quality management systems.

Minimum Requirements

✔ Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) required.
• Financial qualification (advantageous).

✔ Experience

• Minimum two years’ experience in creditors/accounts payable.
