As a Contact Centre Trainee, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, sales, and claims processing while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
This role is ideal for candidates pursuing careers in customer service, call center operations, or sales administration.
๐น Key Responsibilities
๐ฌ Customer Service & Sales Support
โ Manage incoming calls & customer queries, providing accurate and professional service
โ Process claims, quotations, and sales transactions
โ Advise customers on the best glass solutions for their needs
โ Handle complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary
โ Follow up on leads to boost sales conversions
๐ Administrative Support & Claims Processing
โ Ensure all internal sales and invoices are processed correctly
โ Manage cash transactions & payment collections
โ Ensure compliance with company policies & procedures
โ Process and track insurance claims accurately
โ Maintain detailed records of sales, claims, and customer interactions
๐ Data & System Management
โ Work with SAP systems for transaction processing and reporting
โ Analyze sales data to identify improvement areas
โ Ensure proper documentation for all transactions
๐ Minimum Requirements
Education & Qualifications
โ Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
โ TVET Qualification (Business Administration, Sales, or Customer Service preferred)
Work Experience
โ Previous sales or customer service experience (advantageous, but not required)
โ Knowledge of the automotive glass industry (bonus, but not essential)
๐ Skills & Competencies
โ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (verbal & written)
โ Strong problem-solving & analytical skills
โ Ability to handle customer queries professionally & efficiently
โ Good organizational & multitasking abilities
โ Computer literacy (SAP experience is a plus!)
โ Strong attention to detail & accuracy
