🎯 Job Overview
As a Contact Centre Trainee, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, sales, and claims processing while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
This role is ideal for candidates pursuing careers in customer service, call center operations, or sales administration.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
💬 Customer Service & Sales Support
✔ Manage incoming calls & customer queries, providing accurate and professional service
✔ Process claims, quotations, and sales transactions
✔ Advise customers on the best glass solutions for their needs
✔ Handle complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary
✔ Follow up on leads to boost sales conversions
📝 Administrative Support & Claims Processing
✔ Ensure all internal sales and invoices are processed correctly
✔ Manage cash transactions & payment collections
✔ Ensure compliance with company policies & procedures
✔ Process and track insurance claims accurately
✔ Maintain detailed records of sales, claims, and customer interactions
📊 Data & System Management
✔ Work with SAP systems for transaction processing and reporting
✔ Analyze sales data to identify improvement areas
✔ Ensure proper documentation for all transactions
🎓 Minimum Requirements
Education & Qualifications
✔ Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
✔ TVET Qualification (Business Administration, Sales, or Customer Service preferred)
Work Experience
✔ Previous sales or customer service experience (advantageous, but not required)
✔ Knowledge of the automotive glass industry (bonus, but not essential)

✔ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (verbal & written)
✔ Strong problem-solving & analytical skills
✔ Ability to handle customer queries professionally & efficiently
✔ Good organizational & multitasking abilities
✔ Computer literacy (SAP experience is a plus!)
