Job Description:
Join Fidelity ADT as a Sales Consultant and take the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic sales environment. The role focuses on driving sales of security solutions and equipment to meet customer needs, including armed monitoring, CCTV systems, and alarm system upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and sell armed monitoring and response agreements to provide security solutions.
- Drive sales of alarm system upgrades, CCTV systems, electric fences, and other security products.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets with a proactive approach to sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track sales progress.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in capital goods or technical sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of intruder detection equipment (e.g., IDS, DSC, AJAX) or similar alarm systems is an advantage.
- Matric or equivalent qualification.

- Strong selling skills with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and internet tools.

Duties:
- Generate and close sales deals, utilizing both self-sourced and internal leads.
- Build relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and other business partners.
- Maintain accurate and detailed administrative records of sales activities.
Performance Standards:
- Meet revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and quotes to maximize conversion.
- Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
