Job Description
As an Inbound Sales Consultant, you will engage with customers through telephone calls to foster relationships, assess their needs, and present suitable product solutions. The role involves customer relationship management, selling relevant products, and ensuring operational compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationships Development: Engage with allocated customers via telephone to develop new relationships or as the first point of contact.
- Customer Needs Clarification: Set clear objectives for each call, present material, and ask relevant questions to assess the customer’s interest and identify areas needing further information.
- Sell Customer Propositions: Identify products/services that meet the customer’s needs, explain the benefits, and influence the customer to make a purchase.
- Operational Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- CRM Data Management: Record relevant information in the CRM system after each customer interaction to maintain quality data and schedule callbacks.
- Performance Management: Prioritize tasks to meet quality and timeliness standards, and use performance management systems to improve efficiency.
- Sales Opportunities Creation: Identify potential customers through information, referrals, and recommendations from existing clients.

Job Requirements
- Education:
- Matric / Grade 12 or SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential)
- Regulatory Exam 5 (Essential)
- Wealth Management Qualification (Advantageous)
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of telephonic sales experience (Essential)

- Avaya telephone system
