Job Description
Join one of the multinational insurance companies in South Africa as a Funeral Sales Consultant. This role involves telephonic engagement with customers to offer funeral products, clarifying customer needs, and selling tailored insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationships Development: Engage with existing clients by offering new products via telephone.
- Customer Needs Clarification: Follow a detailed multi-level sales script to gather customer requirements and assist in clarifying their needs.
- Sell Customer Propositions: Propose products or services that best fit customer needs, explain product benefits, and encourage customers to make purchases.
- Operational Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- CRM Data Management: Record details in the CRM system after each call to schedule callbacks and maintain data quality for customer retention.
- Performance Management: Prioritize workflow and use performance systems to ensure tasks are completed within required time frames.
- Sales Opportunities Creation: Identify new potential customers through information, referrals, and recommendations.

Job Requirements
- Education:
- Matric / Grade 12 or SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential)
- Regulatory Exam 5 (Advantageous)
- 120 FAIS Credits (Advantageous)
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of telephonic sales experience (Essential)
- Experience in cold calling (Advantageous)
