Job Overview:

The Spa Therapist will deliver a variety of spa services while maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism. The role involves offering consultations, treatments, and product sales, ensuring client satisfaction, and promoting the spa services at the lodge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to Africology and MORE Spa philosophy in daily tasks.
• Perform treatments and product sales according to trained standards, with the highest hygiene practices.
• Provide consultations, skin analysis, skincare treatments, and massages to clients.
• Assist with beauty therapy processes and product evaluations.
• Manage bookings, arrange appointments, and maintain client records.
• Advise clients on cosmetic product purchases.
• Follow spa stock control procedures and billing processes.
• Participate in regular morning and management meetings.
• Promote Spa Services to guests during mealtimes and in guest areas.
• Maintain and report any issues with spa equipment.

Requirements – Qualifications and Skills:

• Spa Qualification is required.
• Previous hospitality spa experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with TheraVine, TheraNaka, and hygiene procedures.
• Experience in providing top-level customer service in a luxury environment.
• Knowledge of in-room spa equipment and property operations.
• Strong interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, creative, and adaptable with a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and teamwork skills.
