Role Overview:

ANEW Hotel Hatfield is seeking a Bartender to serve beverages and provide excellent customer service. The Bartender will ensure efficient delivery, maintain a clean bar area, and manage stock, contributing to a positive guest experience and the success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers’ drink orders.
• Pour drinks following the hotel’s policies and procedures.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized.
• Stock fridges and maintain other bar stations.
• Conduct stock take before and after shifts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience working with aPOS system.
• 1+ years of experience in 4-5 star establishments.
• Grade 12 certificate and computer literacy.
• A Bartending certificate is desirable.
• Strong sales and customer care skills.
• Knowledge of stock control and strong administrative skills.
