The Business Analyst – Support Office is a pivotal role within the IS&T department, responsible for analysing business processes, defining requirements, and supporting multiple projects of varying sizes. Position Overview
The Business Analyst will:

Serve as a business/process analyst across a variety of small-to-large projects.

Define and translate business analysis requirements into actionable documentation.

Conduct requirement analysis, solution assessment, and validation.

Define testing analysis and ensure solutions meet business needs.
-
Coordinate and plan project activities while maintaining alignment with company values and culture.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business/process analysis, ERP systems knowledge, and experience working with multiple project disciplines.
Key Responsibilities

Define and document business requirements clearly and comprehensively.

Conduct solution assessment and validation to ensure business needs are met.

Analyse and document business processes for improvement and optimisation.

Define testing requirements and perform testing analysis.

Coordinate and plan project activities, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved.

Support change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and management.

Uphold and promote company values and organisational culture in all aspects of work.
Minimum Requirements
-
Matric / Grade 12 certificate.
-
Tertiary qualification in Business/Process Analysis, Information Systems and Technology, or Computer Science.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business or Process Analyst.

Experience in analysing and documenting business processes.
-
Understanding of ERP systems and business processes is advantageous.
-
IIBA or Business Analysis qualification is an advantage.

Experience with multiple project disciplines (e.g., Agile) is advantageous.

Knowledge of change management processes is beneficial.

Experience in project coordination/project management is advantageous.
