Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive for Used Vehicles at Hyundai The Glen. The role involves identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets. This position is ideal for candidates with a passion for vehicles, strong negotiation skills, and a proven sales record in the automotive industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the South African used vehicle market.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and loyalty.

  • Conduct test drives and product demonstrations to highlight vehicle features and benefits.

  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.

  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Matric / Grade 12.

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry, preferably focused on used vehicles.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of automotive industry trends and regulations.

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional local languages is a plus.
