Position Overview

The Clerk (Admin) – Ixopo is responsible for ensuring smooth administrative and operational processes within the Trade division. This role involves processing purchase orders, managing stock, reconciling sales and banking transactions, and preparing reports, contributing to efficient daily operations in a busy agricultural retail environment.


Minimum Requirements

Essential:

  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate.

  • Strong administrative skills and computer literacy.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

Advantageous:

  • Previous experience in retail, procurement, or administrative support.

  • Familiarity with stock management and office reporting systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process purchase orders and invoices accurately and timely.

  • Receive and manage incoming stock, ensuring proper documentation.

  • Perform banking, sales reconciliations, and data capture.

  • Prepare, capture, and summarize reports for management and operations.

  • Perform general office duties to maintain smooth workflow.

  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management to support daily operations.
