Position Overview

The Admin Clerk: Medical Aid – Nelspruit will provide critical administrative support within the Financial Services Division, focusing on medical aid, insurance claims, hospital authorisations, and client interactions. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and strong CRM and data management skills.


Minimum Requirements

Essential:

  • Matric / Grade 12 certificate.

  • At least 3 years of administrative experience.

  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM systems.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Deadline-driven, highly organized, and detail-oriented.

Advantageous:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry.

  • Leadership experience within an administrative or client services environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for insurance and medical schemes, including claims, queries, and hospital authorisations.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and log all communications with clients and brokers.

  • Prepare, process, and manage documentation and correspondence for the Financial Services Division.

  • Monitor claims processing to ensure timely and accurate outcomes.

  • Deliver excellent client service and respond to queries promptly.

  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and brokers to support smooth operations and workflow.
