Your key duties will include:
- Administrative Management: You will be responsible for a comprehensive range of administrative tasks, starting with the execution of receiving and reporting administration. This involves receiving all delivery notes and meticulously linking them with the corresponding invoices and orders. Your precision in this task is critical for maintaining accurate financial records and inventory.
- Reporting and Data Analysis: You will be tasked with generating a variety of reports—daily, weekly, and monthly—that provide key insights into branch activities. This requires a strong understanding of data and the ability to present it clearly and concisely.
- Financial & Cash Handling: A crucial part of your role will be performing cash balancing and reconciliation. This duty requires a high degree of honesty and attention to detail. Please note that a consumer credit record will be requested as part of the appointment process for this function.
- Office & Client Support: You will be a key point of contact for the branch, operating the switchboard and providing exceptional client service and customer care. - Inventory & Stock Management: You will assist with quarterly stock takes and generate updated reports. This is a critical function that helps the branch maintain accurate inventory levels and prevent discrepancies.
Job Requirements & Ideal Candidate Profile

- Formal Qualifications: A National Senior Certificate (Matric) is a mandatory requirement.
- Technical Skills: While not a prerequisite, candidates with a sound knowledge of SAP will be given a strong preference. Experience with similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) software is also highly valued.
