Role Overview
Fidelity Services Group is seeking a professional and well-presented Receptionist to join their team in George, Western Cape. The role requires a confident and organised individual who will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The receptionist will ensure smooth communication within the office environment while maintaining the professional image of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities

Answering telephone calls and directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.

Taking accurate messages and ensuring they reach the correct recipients promptly.

Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.

Maintaining a neat and presentable reception area at all times.

Handling basic administrative duties and providing support to office staff when required.
Minimum Requirements

Matric or equivalent qualification (preferable).

1–2 years of experience in the security industry or a related field.

Strong command of English with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional telephone etiquette and ability to handle calls effectively.

Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy and tact.
