Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure exceptional store performance and customer satisfaction. Your duties will include:
- Supporting daily store operations and overseeing team performance.
- Driving sales growth by meeting and exceeding KPIs, including sales targets, conversion rates, ATV, UPT, and inventory control.
- Creating a world-class customer experience through exemplary service and brand representation.
- Leading visual merchandising efforts to maintain high brand standards.
- Managing administrative tasks such as stock control, reporting, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Taking full responsibility for store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager.

- 2+ years’ experience in retail leadership, preferably in a high-volume or flagship store environment.
- A proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams for optimal performance.

- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
