Clover is seeking a dedicated Quality Advisor to join their production team in Gqeberha. The role is focused on overseeing food quality and safety systems within the plant, ensuring consistent adherence to protocols and continuous improvement across production.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Fluent business English and advanced computer literacy
- Experience working within food production or quality assurance processes

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor quality and food safety management systems on the production floor
- Ensure proper procedures for change control and validation studies are maintained
- Communicate formulation or process changes to production and PT&T teams
- Identify and resolve quality and safety issues through corrective actions and incident investigations
- Support food safety training programs like FSSC 22000 across production teams
- Document and enforce standard operating procedures and process specifications
- Assist with audit preparations and ensure effective corrective action follow-through
- Investigate complaints and incidents, and drive continuous quality improvement
