DHL Global Forwarding is offering a Clearing & Forwarding Agent Learnership (NQF Level 5) across multiple locations in South Africa. You’ll gain hands-on experience in freight documentation, import/export operations, data entry, and back‑office systems to grow your understanding in logistics and forwarding.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) with English at a minimum of 65%
- Aged between 18 and 30 years
- Must be a South African citizen
- Currently unemployed and not studying
- Basic computer skills (MS Office) beneficial

Key Responsibilities
- Support import and export documentation workflows and freight operations
- Perform data capture and assist with document reconciliation and consolidation
- Maintain and update operational systems, perform scanning, filing, and filing duties
- Follow defined processes consistently and escalate discrepancies
- Work collaboratively with the operations team and communicate task-related information clearly
