Clover is seeking a diligent Clerk: Debtors Reconciliations to join the finance team in Queensburgh. In this role, you will be responsible for accurate reconciliation of debtors accounts and ensuring integrity of financial data within Clover’s ERP systems.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or National Certificate
- 2–3 years of relevant financial reconciliation or administrative experience
- Fluent in business English and advanced computer literacy
- Available to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

- Ability to reconcile accounts precisely and investigate discrepancies
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile debtor accounts and resolve discrepancies daily
- Record and verify payment allocations accurately in the ERP
- Follow up on unresolved debit balances and maintain reconciliation documentation
- Report on reconciliation status and deviations as required
- Ensure timely and correct completion of all reconciliation tasks
