PG Glass is seeking a driven Direct Sales Consultant to nurture and grow customer accounts in the Emalahleni region. You will drive sales through strategic relationships with local brokers and fitment centres, focusing on cross-selling and upselling opportunities while delivering exceptional customer service with minimal effort.


Minimum Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • 3+ years of direct sales experience, especially in cold calling and face-to-face selling
  • Experience in FMCG, retail, or broker/insurance environments
  • Valid driver’s licence and access to own vehicle

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities, develop local accounts, and explore joint marketing initiatives to boost sales
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with brokers and depot networks that support national deals
  • Ensure accurate, up-to-date pricing and audit local deal files
  • Share regional market intelligence and potential lead opportunities with channel managers
  • Present marketing materials and reinforce PG Glass brand visibility in local events
  • Resolve debtor queries, manage overdue account follow-ups, and support upselling efforts at fitment centres
  • Maintain accurate deal records and ensure proper communication regarding pricing and agreements
