Tekkie Town is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Sales Supervisor to join our Mafikeng store team. Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric – Essential

  • Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Outlook, Excel)

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience as a Senior Sales Assistant in retail

  • Fluent in English and at least one other official South African language

  • Strong interpersonal and selling skills

  • Logical thinker with good analytical ability

  • High energy levels and performance-driven mindset

  • Excellent planning, organising, and time management skills

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Leadership and organisational abilities

  • Excellent customer care and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Operational and Sales Excellence

  • Assist the Store Manager in maximising profitability and achieving monthly sales targets

  • Ensure store administration aligns with Standard Operating Procedures

  • Maintain strict stock control to minimise losses below benchmark levels

  • Drive effective implementation of promotions, visual merchandising, and store standards

  • Keep updated with new stock arrivals and merchandising processes

Leadership and Team Development

  • Supervise and motivate floor staff to achieve daily sales targets

  • Provide coaching and support to both new and existing Sales Associates

  • Step into the role of Store Manager when required, ensuring smooth store operations

  • Foster a team culture that reflects Tekkie Town’s values and commitment to excellence

Customer Service and Store Standards

  • Ensure a superior customer experience through excellent service delivery

  • Coordinate daily operations including sales processes, orders, and payments

  • Maintain visual merchandising and cleanliness in line with brand expectations

  • Open and close the store as per company policy
