The Johannesburg East Rand branch is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Clerk to maintain smooth branch administration.
Role Overview
The Administration Clerk will ensure the effective maintenance of administrative functions within the branch. This role supports client relations, documentation processing, stock administration, and reporting. It is ideal for a candidate with at least one year of administration experience who values accuracy and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities

Process and file all branch documents efficiently to maintain organized records

Maintain excellent client relationships by addressing and resolving queries promptly

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports from company systems to support management decisions

Assist with general administrative duties to support branch operations

Support stock control activities and maintain accurate stock administration
Minimum Qualifications and Experience

Grade 12 (Matric) required

Minimum of 1 year administration experience in a similar role
Technical Skills and Competencies

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues
