Role Overview: Senior Store Manager

As a Senior Store Manager, you will lead the daily operations of the Pedros outlet in Raisthorpe. Your mission will be to manage staff effectively, maintain service and food quality standards, optimize profitability, and drive the overall success of the store. This is a high-impact role suitable for a driven, customer-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of store operations including staffing, stock control, budgeting, and performance monitoring

  • Ensure that all products meet Pedros’ food quality and hygiene standards in compliance with SOPs

  • Supervise stock levels, purchasing, and inventory control to minimize waste and reduce losses

  • Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining top-tier service levels at all times

  • Achieve and exceed sales and gross profit margin targets through team motivation and strategic planning

  • Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations and local legislative requirements

  • Ensure the completion of daily opening and closing procedures to standard

  • Plan, implement and monitor in-store marketing and promotional campaigns to drive sales

  • Provide training, coaching, and development to team members, ensuring continuous performance improvements

  • Conduct regular staff evaluations and initiate performance-based reward or corrective action

  • Coordinate recruitment efforts and ensure proper onboarding and retention of talent

  • Host structured staff meetings to align teams with business goals and operational updates

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management role within the restaurant or fast-food sector

  • Sound understanding and experience with GAAP Point-of-Sale systems (advantageous)

  • Proven leadership and people management capabilities with a track record of achieving performance targets

  • Exceptional customer service and conflict-resolution skills

  • Excellent verbal communication, planning, and organizational ability

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions quickly
