Minimum Requirements

Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent

Proven computer literacy with knowledge of Computer Applications

Appropriate administrative and secretarial experience in a professional setting

Valid Code B/EB Driver’s License (compulsory)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong telephone etiquette and the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders professionally

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly

Competent in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Manager Medical Services and broader management team

Manage diaries, meetings, correspondence, and task coordination

Use digital tools and systems to streamline and improve administration

Screen and direct incoming telephonic, email, and written communication

Receive and assist visitors, perform hospitality functions, and coordinate internal/external events

Manage complaints, track follow-ups, assist in office management, and contribute to project support and research activities
