Successful candidates will become part of a dynamic team and receive theoretical and practical training that aligns with W&R SETA standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a BUCO Learnership candidate, you will:

• Learn the fundamentals of customer service, sales, and retail operations

• Support store operations including merchandising and inventory control

• Assist with stock receiving, pricing, and stocktaking

• Engage with customers professionally and courteously

• Participate in workplace-based training aligned with the learnership programme

• Practice and uphold The Building Company’s core values daily

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be a South African citizen

• Be under the age of 35

• Hold a Grade 12 / Matric certificate

• Have limited or no formal work experience

• Have not participated in a W&R SETA Learnership before

• Be available full-time for the 12-month duration

PREFERRED COMPETENCIES

While not mandatory, these skills will give you a competitive edge:

• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism

• Excellent attention to detail

• Time management and organisational skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
