KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a BUCO Learnership candidate, you will:

Learn the fundamentals of customer service, sales, and retail operations

Support store operations including merchandising and inventory control
-
Assist with stock receiving, pricing, and stocktaking
-
Engage with customers professionally and courteously
-
Participate in workplace-based training aligned with the learnership programme
-
Practice and uphold The Building Company’s core values daily

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Be a South African citizen
-
Be under the age of 35
-
Hold a Grade 12 / Matric certificate

Have limited or no formal work experience
-
Have not participated in a W&R SETA Learnership before

Be available full-time for the 12-month duration
