ROLE OVERVIEW
DSV is seeking a highly organized and experienced Supervisor to join the Facilities Management team in Kempton Park, overseeing operations at DSV Parks in Plumbago, Solar City, and Riverhorse Valley. This administrative leadership role is crucial in managing contracts, SLAs, budgets, compliance, reporting, and all related facilities and vendor administration. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure maintenance schedules are implemented and adhered to (both internally and via external contractors)

Oversee all contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) for up-to-date compliance and implementation

Manage certification and compliance documents, ensuring accurate and current records
-
Responsible for purchasing and procurement activities within the Facilities Management Team
-
Maintain budget control, monitor cost management, and perform re-billing when required
-
Full Profit & Loss (P&L) management for facilities department

Utilize and manage Webcost system for cost tracking and budget adherence
-
Generate reports and manage KPIs for departmental and senior-level review
-
Maintain organized record-keeping and document control systems
-
Oversee vendor management, including scheduling, liaising, and service performance tracking
-
Engage with landlords and property stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain standards
-
Manage the On Key Plus Facilities Management System, including work order assignment and closure, asset management, and preventative maintenance schedules (PPMS)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
-
At least 3 years of administrative experience in a similar environment
-
At least 2 years of financial oversight experience, including contract and cost management, SLAs, and P&L responsibility

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to various work locations

High level of discipline, accuracy, and ability to meet tight deadlines
-
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams across different departments
QUALIFICATIONS
Essential:
-
Matric certificate
-
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Advantageous:
-
Diploma or Degree in Financial Management, Facilities Management, Contract Management, or Administrative Management
-
Experience working with QMS (Quality Management System) and SHEQ standards
-
Knowledge of property standards, including SANS regulations

Strong vendor liaison and stakeholder engagement capabilities

Experience in logistics or facilities management environments

Strong understanding of facility operations, including infrastructure and system support
